Make sure that the value of “BingSearchEnabled” is zero “0”
Create another DWORD (32-bit) Value named “CortanaConsent” with the value 0, If it exists, check that its value is 0. Now just reboot your computer and the search box will work perfectly on your computer. You can also restart only Windows Explorer: open Task Manager > Process tab > right click on Windows Explorer > Restart. And here your Windows 10 search bar is recovered and you can search without any problem.
