Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without providing any justification. The right of withdrawal is guaranteed within fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. You may also use the attached cancellation form template, but it is not mandatory. To ensure the withdrawal period is respected, you must send us the cancellation request before the expiration of the period mentioned in the previous paragraphs.

Effects of Withdrawal

Following the cancellation of the contract, you will be refunded the full amount of payments we have received from you, including delivery fees (except for any additional costs incurred from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we were notified of your intention to terminate the contract. The payment method used for the refund will be the same as the one you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
