How can I get my Reward points?

How many products I buy to get Reward points?

You can check your points right after placing the order. Even if you purchase the cheapest product from our website, you will still get bonus points. That always depends on the amount of the purchase, the more the amount gets interesting the more bonus points points get higher.

Where can I find my points?

To find your points, you need to login to your customer’s account on our website and then go the the icon at the top right of the page click on it and see “My Points” As shown in the below picture:

How can I use my Points?

You will start to get points right after your first purchase. However, you will be able to use your points on your second purchase. To use your points on your next purchase, please follow the below steps:

Please choose the product that you need to purchase and the click on “ADD TO CART”
Now click on “Checkout”
This is the checkout page that will appear to you:
On the gray box on the right of the page, you can choose how many points you want to use. It is not necessary to use all the points that you have, you can divide them as many times as you want.
Now click on “Apply” to benefit from your bonus points. The amount of Bonus points will be eliminated from the total amount as shown in the below picture

As the table shows, the bonus points always depend on the purchase amount.

When you purchase an amount with 100 AUD you will get 100 bonus points equals 5 AUD for your next purchase. You can conclude from the table that the more the amount gets interesting the more bonus points get higher.
